TPV is a kind of dynamic vulcanized rubber. It is made by a special process and production method. The rubber and plastic core-shell encapsulation structure is used to vulcanize the rubber through a vulcanization process. The material has plastic processability and rubber resilience. Resistance, resilience, abrasion resistance, low compression and permanent deformation performance. It can be used for a long time at -50 ℃ ~ 130 ℃, and can be treated by flame retardant, super abrasion resistance and ozone resistance according to needs

Suitable for injection molding, blow molding, extrusion and other molding methods; used in building / auto seals, seals, handles, grips, casters, buffer blocks, wires and cables, hoses, tubing coating, etc.
